Sales & payment
Voika is sold through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. The purchase contract is concluded between you and Lemon Squeezy, who also collects and remits VAT and issues your invoice. The purchase is governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Use of the Voika software is governed by our Terms of Service.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; any liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
