Refund & Withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal, how it applies to instantly-delivered software, and our goodwill refund policy.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and §§ 312g, 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Why the withdrawal right ends on delivery
Voika is digital content delivered and usable immediately after purchase. The law therefore allows the withdrawal right to lapse once delivery begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). This consent and acknowledgement are obtained at checkout by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record, and confirmed to you by email. Accordingly, once your purchase is complete and your license key has been issued, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies.
Our goodwill refund policy
Even though the statutory withdrawal right is waived at checkout, we want you to be happy with Voika. If it doesn't work for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no complicated questions asked.
How to request a refund
Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by them. To request one, simply email us at legetdev@gmail.comwith the email address you used at checkout, and we'll arrange it. You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt. Refunds are generally returned to your original payment method within a few business days. Lemon Squeezy can process refunds for up to 60 days after a purchase.
Free trial first
We recommend trying Voika free for 7days before buying — that's the best way to make sure it's right for you, with no payment involved.
Governing terms
The formal terms of your purchase, including the withdrawal and refund mechanism, are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Use of the software is governed by our Terms of Service.
