Refund & Withdrawal
Statutory withdrawal rights and any voluntary refund promise are separate; neither limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to the law applicable to the purchase and its exceptions. For digital content, the right can expire before that period ends only if all statutory conditions are fulfilled. In particular, the consumer must expressly consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period, acknowledge the resulting loss of the right, and receive the required contract confirmation on a durable medium.
The fact that a download or licence key is available immediately does not by itself remove the right. If the statutory conditions were not fulfilled, the withdrawal right remains available according to applicable law.
Seller and withdrawal recipient
When paid sales open, Lemon Squeezy, LLC will act as the Merchant of Record and seller. Its checkout must provide the seller identity, withdrawal instructions, model form, consent mechanism, and confirmation before or at purchase. A customer can exercise any remaining withdrawal right using the contact route stated in the purchase receipt. You may also email us and we will route the request without prejudicing any deadline.
Voluntary 14-day refund promise
Once paid sales open, you may request a full refund within 14 days after purchase. This voluntary promise applies whether or not a statutory withdrawal right has expired and does not restrict warranty, conformity, or other mandatory remedies.
How to request a refund
Reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt or email legetdev@gmail.com with the order email and order number. Do not send card details. Refunds are returned through the original payment route; timing depends on the payment provider.
Model withdrawal wording
If a statutory withdrawal right remains, you may use the following wording and send it to the seller contact shown in your receipt:
I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of Voika, ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].
Free trial and defects
We recommend using the 7-day trial before buying. A voluntary refund promise does not replace statutory remedies if the Software is defective or lacks required conformity or updates.
